Passing Criteria

To successfully complete this course and earn your certificate, your group must accomplish the following tasks:

  1. Submit a documentation of the key findings of each phase. The documentation should outline the key insights from each phase, providing clear explanations suitable for an audience unfamiliar with the project, and illustrate how your idea will improve the user experience of CITAX. The documentation should include:

  • Introduction: Explain the project and why it is relevant. Include any background information that helps clarify the significance of this issue.

  • Emphasize: Describe how your team developed the survey, including objectives, target group selection, and any insights gained from the results.

  • Define: Define the pain points and "How Might We" statements derived from the results. Summarize what you have learned about the needs of your users.

  • Ideate: Include a picture of your brainstorming session and present the chosen idea in the form of the Future Press Release. This section should highlight the impact and significance of your solution.

  • Prototype: Include screenshots of the prototype created in Figma and provide a short explanation (storyboard) that describes how the prototype addresses the user’s needs and helps solve the identified issue.

  • Testing: Discuss feedback gathered from potential users, explain how their input influenced your prototype, and describe any iterations made as a result..

Furthermore, we would like to gain insight into how your teams have organized themselves. Please include details about your team organization in your documentation. Describe roles, how responsibilities were distributed, and any collaboration methods used.

  1. Submit a working version of your prototype via your Figma link. This should demonstrate the functionality and user flow of your solution.

  2. Pitch your idea on July 3rd, 2024. Prepare a 5-minute pitch that introduces the problem, presents your solution, and highlights how your prototype addresses user needs.

Your documentation and the prototype have to be submitted to our email address ( projekt@tech-academy.io) before the deadline (14.07.2024).
