Introduction into CITAX Tool for Tax Management

We are working together with Mario from DCCS GmbH, located in Austria, who have provided us with a real world case to improve CITAX.

CITAX is a comprehensive tax management system developed by DCCS GmbH, designed to streamline the handling of non-cash benefits and compliance with tax regulations. It automates the process of recording, evaluating, and taxing employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The system integrates seamlessly with SAP, making it easy to implement and use within existing IT infrastructures. CITAX helps companies save costs by optimizing tax processes and reducing the risk of errors. It is widely used by large corporations in Germany to manage tax-related tasks and maintain compliance with legal requirements.

Your task can be summarised as follows:

"Wie kann die CITAX Plattform durch ein innovatives Interface und intuitive Funktionen zu einer besseren User Experience führen?"

Because of your external perspective and your application of the Design Thinking Framework, you are capable of thinking outside the box and come up with unique solutions that someone constantly immersed in the platform might not consider. We encourage you to dive into the tool independently and learn it through hands-on experience, without relying on a manual or similar resources. To facilitate this, you will have access to a demo of the platform, allowing you to explore and form your own insights. This approach should also inspire you to ask insightful questions during your upcoming interviews with users and developers of the platform.
